This summer Door County Adventure Rafting will be offering our popular Death's Door Tour everyday at 9:30 am, 12 pm, and 2:30 pm. This exciting tour departs from the Ellison Bay Boat Ramp and takes you around the bluffs of Death's Door to the lighthouses on Plum and Pilot Island with excellent views of the old Coast Guard Station on Plum Island. See the Grapeshot shipwreck in less than 7 feet of water which sank in 1860! Learn about the history of the islands and lighthouses along with the ships that sank around them. Don't miss out on this opportunity to see some of the most remote sights Door County has to offer.

Tour prices are $50 for Adults, $31 for kids under 13, for a 1.5 hour tour.

We cannot predict the weather conditions and sometimes depending on the wind it can be a wavy and bumpy ride, hence the name “Adventure Rafting”. We DO NOT recommend taking this tour if you are pregnant, are under the age of 3, have mobility issues, or have had back surgery or chronic back or knee problems and pain within the last year. Boarding and disembarking may be difficult and unstable for persons with mobility issues.
